include rewards on listing your property for sale and purchasing an
associated marketing program or signing LJ Hooker on as your
exclusive agent to manage your investment property over a 12 month
period. Some agents also provide Real Escapes Certificates on
Auction listings and services such as finance, conveyencing and
insurance. Plus, when you refer friends or family to your LJ Hooker
agent and they sign on for exclusive property services, you could
earn more fantastic rewards towards your future

participating in the promotion and which specific commissioned

Certificates.
How do I use my Real Escapes Certificates?
Each Real Escapes
Certificate can be applied as a partial payment towards the cost of
accommodation in rooms and apartments at participating hotels and
resorts as well as some international cruises. The maximum amount
of Certificates that you may apply towards a booking will depend on
your specific choice of resort, room type and duration of stay.
Accommodation rates and the maximum amount of Real Escape
Certificates which you may apply towards each individual booking
are detailed on this website. You then need to pay the outstanding
cash balance for your specific booking. You will receive a credit
for any part of a Certificate that you did not use which can be
applied towards another future booking of your
choice.

Is the hotel and resort accommodation in apartments or
hotel rooms?
Accommodation ranges from
hotel rooms and suites for 2 guests, to 3 bedroom self-contained
apartments for 6 - 8 guests. Apartments and villas are
equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, linen
and other items to make your holiday a great
experience.
What does 'Best Flexible Rate' mean in the accommodation
price charts?
RewardsCorp offers resorts and
holidays at competitive rates before applying your rewards towards
your chosen holiday. If you find, at the time of booking, a lower
'flexible rate' than the published 'Best Flexible Rate' for the
same booking - we will reduce the amount of rewards required to
complete your booking by the equivalent
amount.
When is my Real Escapes Certificate valid to?
Your Certificates are valid
for up to 18 months to travel however, all accommodation and
packages must be booked within 12 months. Please check your online
account for the specific validity dates of your Certificates by
when you need to book and travel.
What is resort availability like? What about school
holidays?
Accommodation and other
rewards are more readily available outside school holidays, public
holidays, peak seasons and special events, and exclusions or
surcharges may apply during these periods. Please call RewardsCorp
on 1300 764 966 with your holiday preferences for up-to-date resort
availability and recommendations. All requested booking dates are
subject to promotion availability.
How soon should I book my holidays?
To avoid disappointment we
recommend that you book your holidays as soon as you have decided
on your preferred resorts and holiday dates. While we have a
substantial allocated room inventory available for the Real Escapes
Promotion, a number of the participating resorts and apartment
categories are very popular. Although we strongly advise against
leaving your booking as late as possible, we will accept bookings
with a minimum 21 days booking notice required. Bookings will only
be accepted within 21 days notice at the discretion of
RewardsCorp.

also choose to sign on for our eNewsletter which offer your regular
updates on new destinations and resorts plus fantastic hot

How do I book a holiday?

RewardsCorp will be able to confirm your booking, or advise the
closest available dates. Alternatively, you can book online 24/7
through the website or email reservations@rewardscorp.com with your
preferred booking enquiry.
Do I receive written confirmation of my
booking?
Yes, you will receive a
Resort Accommodation Voucher confirming your Booking Number,
relevant details of your holiday booking, resort arrival
instructions, confirmation of the Real Escapes Certificates used
and the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your
original Real Escapes Certificate serial number(s), and any other
booking particulars requested by you.
What if I don't use the full value of a Certificate
towards one booking?
Should you not use the full
value of a Certificate towards a booking you will be issued with a
credit to apply towards another future booking. Your credit will
have the same booking and travel validity dates as your original
Certificate. You may combine full Certificates and credits towards
a resort or holiday booking.
What if I don't have enough Certificate value to make up
the maximum redeemable amount by Real Escapes Certificates? Can I
pay the difference in cash?
Yes you can, but to receive
maximum Real Escapes you should think carefully about how LJ Hooker
can assist you with all facets of your real estate needs as
additional services commissioned to LJ Hooker may earn you more
valuable rewards towards your holidays.
When do I pay the balance of my accommodation
booking?
Your accommodation payment
is required upon confirmation of your requested resort
accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set out in the
accommodation price chart for each property - less the maximum
redeemable Real Escapes Certificates which is applied at this
time.
How can I pay the balance of my accommodation or holiday
charges?
Payment can be made by
cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit
cards - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (1.5% surcharge), Diners Club
and American Express (3% surcharge). With payment by cheque,
bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of cleared
funds.
Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my
booking?
Should you cancel your
accommodation booking after full payment is made, no refund
applies. Resort extras are also non refundable and cannot be
amended after your booking has been confirmed. However, you can
amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often as you
require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival date for a
processing fee of $25, and you can also transfer your accommodation
booking to another party, without penalty or incurring amendment
fees, only name amendments will be permitted within 35 days of
arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations or amendments are
permitted for "Last minute specials". At the sole discretion of
RewardsCorp, and subject to the booked resort and the specific room
inventory being utilised for another booking, cancellations and
date changes may be permitted within 35 days prior to your booked
arrival date, subject to a $100 fee.
What if my Real Escapes Certificate is lost or
stolen?
Please keep your Real
Escapes Certificates in a safe place as the value on each Real
Escapes Certificate represents the same as a cash contribution
towards the accommodation cost of a resort holiday. However, for
your peace of mind, when you received your Real Escapes
Certificates, the agent would have registered the serial number
under your name in an online account. This safeguards your
Certificates against loss or misuse.
Do I need to keep my Real Escapes Certificates after I
have made my bookings?
Your Real Escapes Certificate
carries a unique serial number which is recorded on your online
account at the time of booking. While you will not be required to
present your Real Escapes Certificate to the resort at the time of
checking in, we recommend you keep it as a record of your booking
and you may wish to quote your serial number by phone to our
reservations consultants when making your
bookings.
